Games Freezing, Games Unable to Connect, Games Unstable

Ever since the latest patch I've had my client acting really buggy, really unstable.

I've heard a ton of players complain about it too.

Ton's of disconnects from games, remakes, loss of connection, random bug splats every other game.

What is happening? Did Riot get hacked?
