The Newest patch brings some turmoil

First, I've noticed my abilities delaying being cast, or flat out not being cast at all. I can stare at the ability, see it's ready, spam click it, and maybe the third time it will actually go off. Don't even get me started on trying to execute combos.

Secondly, I think Galio is bugged. Just played a game as him and two enemies waltzed right out of my ult. Is it like a soft taunt? Like a just kiddig you don't get full control of them? Gnar bounced out, so that's acceptable if he cast it prior to my casting, but the second was Shyv. Who had dragon'd into the fight. And I caught her with my ult. She WALKS OUT OF IT taking no damage, and melting my mid laner. OKAY RIOT! Thanks! One time I try to play a champ people hardly remember.
