I keep disconnecting.

Recently I've moved to a new place (college student) and I have been having this issue where in some games i constantly dc. I can go like 5 games with perfect ping, no lag and no dc, but then I get these games where every 2 minutes i will dc. I don't understand what is causing it, my ISP score is 95/100 and it only happens in league. Usually my character stops moving, but i can see the chat and my allies move for 10 secs until everything freezes, i get the "attempting to reconnect" and a few secs later i come back. I wouldn't mind if it happened ones or twice, but as soon as i get my 1st one I know around 10 - 12 will follow. Has anyone had this problem, I play on laptop and use Spectrum.
