[CLIENT] Periodically, load screen starts black
and won't do anything until I kill the process and restart it. Sometimes claims I disconnected... which I highly doubt is internet related.

If you have WINDOWS 10 and your XBOX application is running, enter it and look through the settings. When you get into the settings look for anything named Game DVR and disable it.
