Nocturne's E timing

Basically when nocturne channels his fear(e) on you, it channels for 2 seconds at all ranks, then fears you. However, I've noticed that the small icon you receive above your ability bar that's supposed to show the channel time doesn't work properly. The icon slowly starts to fill up, but then you are feared at about the 3/4 point. My friend that I tested it with also said that sometimes the icon doesn't even show up on his side as nocturne channels it.

For most people this might not be a problem, but anyone with some type of spellshield/block (fiora, sivir, garen with his 75% tenacity), it becomes a pain to try and time out this ability.

I'm sure it wouldn't take long for you guys at riot to fix, I'm assuming it's just a small number tweak, so if you could at least look at it I'd appreciate it.
