A few bugs I've had with the new client

Now I have the same problems as everyone else (black screen whilst getting in a Q, Long wait time after a game) but I've also noticed a few "bugs" with options. I've noticed that sometimes the in game screen will be changed from border-less window to windowed, also All talk will also turn off sometimes? It won't allow me to talk in all chat and just tells me that it's been turned off and that I need to turn it on in the options menu. I've never had these problems until this 7.4 update.
