Game is stuck at launch with 0 on the timer for all players- chat available with no end in sight!

I have been stuck in a lobby with my team for over 10 minutes with the launch timer at 0. We are able to chat, change runes and masteries, as well as switch skins.

UPDATE: I have not been able to verify this, but it appears another player who left the game was unable to queue again. https://imgur.com/Xg5Pyux
