Lulu can't seem to last hit with pix attacks at all. I can attack a minion with low health and pix is next to me (not on anyone else) and if pix damage does the last hit I don't get credit. Just tried many, many, times in a game and i only seem to get credit when the very first hit of an AA kills the minion. I can't imagine this is as intended since every other champ gets credit for a kill whether their passive or skill or AA gets the hit.
Are you sure Pix's attacks were hitting the minion? They can be blocked by other enemy units, so if there is any enemy between your target and Pix, his shots will hit the first one. It wouldn't be a stretch to assume your Pix didn't even hit the minion Lulu herself shot and another minion killed it.
I've played Lulu for a while, and played her recently so can confirm Pix works just fine since the last patch.
Still not sure what causes it. Tried some more games and wasn't having the issue again but i've had it happen a number of games.
