[GAMEPLAY] Yasuo Q going through Champions

Yasuo's Q hitbox bugs out sometimes I've been noticing lately that it has been going through Champions much more frequently than ever I can't seem to reproduce consistently since it really random. You can see in the video above that Yasuo's Q went right through MF and was unable to ult her as a result.

Also since i've already made this thread, i'd like to mention that there are 2 other Yasuo bugs i've seen recently. One is his Q stacks not resetting upon ulting, this one seems to be incredibly rare, i've only seen it once. The other is certain projectiles occasionally going through Windwall, most notably, Annie Q and both TF's Q and W go through it more than any other spell i've used it against.

I've had this same issue with facing Zed, Nocturne, and most recently Rammus. It's happening more and more often as well. I will probably record and edit my gameplay to give proper evidence to the issue. My issue spans further than the 3rd Q though, many times my first and 2nd Q will go through minions directly in front of or behind the champion but it will fail to hit the champion. Talk about frustration in the heat of a fight..
