Small MS spikes acting like HUGE ones
First things first, i use a wired connection, with a decent router, and decent internet. 111 Mbps down, 4 Mbps up. Can handle multiple devices streaming media and content at the same time.
Second thing, this is being tested with nothing in the background, no google chrome, no spotify, or pandora, or anything open. Just League, nothing interfering with the game or the internet. Making sure nothing is downloading or blah blah easy shit like that, no other devices are downloading or using any of my internet, not like it would have any effect at all even if they were.
Ok. So, my MS keeps going from around 39-60ish. But it's acting like i'm going from 39 MS to 500 MS. Clicks stop working, my champion stops doing what it's doing, and stands still, almost like iv'e disconnected, but it only lasts for like 5-7 seconds.
39-60 MS is not a huge difference, AND 60 MS is by no means "lagging" near as bad as it IS. Like i said, i'll see my MS go from 39 to 60, and it acts as if i just disconnected.
Only started happening a few days ago, and i have no idea how to fix it. Iv'e contacted my internet provider (Cox) whom claim nothing is going on at their end and that it should be fine. This leaves me to assume this is a League issue, or a client issue of some kind, along with the massive handfuls of other bugs going on right now.
If anyone knows a fix or how to at least alleviate this a little, please let me know... It's impossible to play the game right now with this kind of lag spikes happening. Again, 39-60 MS should not be THAT drastic. It acts as though i DC'd.
Iv'e reset my router, and the good ol internet box as they say, waited 10 minutes etc, to no success. Only seems to be an issue with this game at the moment also, i haven't seen this behavior in any other game i play frequently.
