Does anyone else feel like lucian can be buggy at times. It feels like hes not doing the proper amount of dmg sometimes. I mean i dont have any proof or something to back it up but he "feels wrong". Could it be something in his coding, am i just crazy, or is it because riot nerfed him so many times he just aint right.
