I payed blue essence for the "Blue essence" ward and it worked for a few days. Eventually, I noticed it disappeared in my ward collections and as long as I dont change to a different ward, I could still use it. However, I forgot about that and I changed wards and now I cant change back or use the blue essence ward anymore. Another words, I lost money :/ and is it a bug i can get back?
It's a known bug, they are working to fix it.

Me paying game money or real money isn't the problem. Its that its a bug and it needs to be fixed.
