[Gameplay] Kha'zix vs Jarvan IV isolation bug?

Fairly simple to recreate. I was playing as Kha'zix and whenever Jarvan dropped his flag beside himself he wouldn't be isolated anymore. Just wondering if this is a bug or if it's intended.. I know you can teleport to Jarvan's flag and interact with it but i would assume it would act more like a ward rather than an actual unit to remove isolation. This could also be abused to cut Kha'zixs' damage significantly if he were to throw it on say a fleeing adc

Jarvan's flag is coded as a minion. I'm not memeing. It's actually a minion.

And so is his ultimate. They're both literally coded as minions. Wanna know how Yasuo's Wind Wall works under the hood? It spawns an invisible minion with 1 hp and moves the attack to hit the minion.
