Sometimes when Aatrox gets to his third auto with Sated Devourer it does not show his third attack animation because the ghost actually does the third auto and it can be confusing at times because it still does the additional effect, but it doesn't show it
Hmmm funny i just played a game with him and found that i doesn't heal him Ex. i was fighting dragon and my life was dropping drastically post lv 16 but when i had it timed so that the two attacks would cause me to do his third aa animation every 2nd attack he would get so much health or do a ton a damage based on if you were using blood price or blood well.
Edit i was looking at it more and the Phantom or second aa does the same animation as you.
on a side note this new item might be just what AA needed to give him that late game power :)
