[CLIENT] [HONOR] Honor bugged after level 3?

When I hit honor 3, I ended up getting many capsules and key fragments. When I hit honor level 4, I got absolutely nothing. Honor 5? I'm basically just getting the odd key fragment again. Those capsules were awesome and it would be nice to get some again.
