[Client] Constant patch reversions

Even after attempting a client repair, I'm still regularly getting either a generic error, or error 004 saying the patch had applied incorrectly and needs to be re-done. Whenever I get one of these errors, it's a tossup on if the client actually closes, reboots and re-downloads; or continues functioning as 'normal'. As far as I can tell, each case is completely random. Sometimes it happens after a game. Sometimes it happens five minutes after i've already gone through re-downloading the 'new' patch because I was thirsty and needed a drink of water.
