[Gameplay] Not loosing LP after a loss in Flex que.

So yesterday I got placed into Bronze 5. I played 2 games and won both of them, getting up to a total of 39 LP. Then I played one more game and lost that one. My game wasn't connecting to pvp.net so I couldn't see how much LP I lost. I log on today and see that I didn't lose any LP from that game. Is this intentional or is this a bug?
