RP Purchasing Bug!

So at a local 7-eleven, they only sell $50 riot cards and I did not want to spend that much money. I noticed that you could transfer giftcards like subway/cvs cards, etc, into riot points. So the next day, I purchased a $20 subway giftcard to transfer to RP, and apparently, there is some internet connection problem if you attempt to transfer the subway card into riot points - Not on my part, but on the host website - Is this problem known?

I'm especially frustrated about this bug because I got RP due to the fact that there were the personal skin shop sales, and today was the last day it was on. Hopefully, it will be resolved soon before the sales end.
