[GAMEPLAY] Frost Queen's Claim ghosts procing Electrocute with no other damage used

The ghosts can be used as a stack towards Electrocute, but this was the only thing that I had used against the Alistar, and Electrocute went off. I tested it in Practice Tool, but I was unable to reproduce it.
