Bandit mastery not working.

I havn't tested it on every champions, but on Shaco, at least, it doesn't work with any of his spells.

It states ''gains an additional 3 gold (or 10 if you're melee) when hitting an enemy champion with an attack or spell''

This is a problem, since i main support Shaco.
