Yorick Ult Bug

I experience a bug today as Yorick where I ulted and my ghost appeared, but when Lucian killed me in the next second the revive did not go off. This was on the Poro King mode, and there was no other revive passive in that game (e.g. no Zilean ult on me).

There are already a bunch of threads on this.

When reporting a bug, make sure to check that it hasn't been reported already (and recently!) to ensure that the boards aren't flooded with duplicates!
