Weird game crash+Broken Remake

So I load into game. Not really though, my character model is invisible except for Sejuani's passive effects and I can't move. I leave and immediately try to reconnect.

Except the moment I reconnect, the team tries a Remake. That's fair, I was gone at the beginning of the game. But only 2 people vote to remake; 3 people voted no. Despite this, the remake goes through anyway and I get a Leaver penalty for a game I tried to return to and a remake that our team majority voted not to take.

Could a Rioter check this out? I'd greatly appreciate if I get leeway from a leaver penalty in case something this happens again, but the /remake vote possibly being straight up broken is a major concern.
