[GAMEPLAY] Phage's passive (Rage) interacting weird

Hello, first of all I'm sorry if I'm unable to give any video along the report, I currently have no means of saving video while playing. What I wanted to report is a couple of bugs related to the second phase of Rage, which is after any kill the item gives you 60 movement speed instead of the 20 it gives on hit (or spell hit on Black Cleaver).

The first of the bugs is when you purchase any kind of boots (as far as I'm aware of) every time you do an attack it gives the 20 ms according to the item description, but once you kill it, the item will give a reduced amount of the supposed 60 ms. To replicate I used Jax and Hecarim (who both have 350 ms) on the Summoner's Rift and buy Mercury Boots, at which point I have 395 ms. After that every time I hit a minion or a jungle monster my MS is increased to 415, but once I get the kill on the minion it just jumps to 447 instead of 455.

The second bug is when you upgrade Phage into a Trinity Force and the second portion of the passive won't trigger when you kill a minion or a monster with auto attacks, but instead only be proc'd when you kill them with abilities. For this, once again, I used Jax and Hecarim on the Summoner's Rift, this time without boots so both were sitting on 350 ms and to avoid interference of the last bug. After that I just kept last hitting creep waves and jungle camps and instead of giving me the 410 ms it's supposed to give me, it sat at 370. After noticing that I started taking creep score with my Q ability on both champions and got the 410 ms instead.

The last bug might be an intended property, and that is that if you kill a minion or a monster, then keep auto attacking another one, once the 2 second duration from the kill is gone, you will lose the 60 ms without reverting back to the 20 bonus ms it should give you from the other portion of the passive until you auto attack another minion after the effect is gone. Once Again I used Jax and Hecarim on the Summoner's Rift, no boots, and in this case I reverted back to Phage. On this specific one I recommend the Raptor's camp, or any of the two buff camps since it's very easy to notice the behavior there without killing another unit. Once you start auto attacking your ms will increase to 370 as intended, and each auto attack refreshes the effect of the passive, setting the timer back to 2 seconds after the auto attack hits. After I kill a minion or monster, I get to 410 ms, and auto attacks to other targets (being careful not to kill them) don't refresh the passive since no other kill has been registered during the duration of the passive. But once the 2 seconds run out, you can notice a window of time where your ms will be back to 350 instead of 370 between the passive running out and your next auto attack landing, which in case of a chase might not be an immediate possibility.

These bugs have a very short window of impact and with numbers so low that it might not be critical, but as of right now this is the functionality of Phage and it's build path (The first and third bug were tested with Phage, Trinity Force and Black Cleaver) and is happening every time, while the tool tip might make you think otherwise. I haven't tested it with champions, but thinking it from the coding perspective, I wouldn't be amazed if it did. Really hope this is helpful in any means, and if anything else is needed from my part, I'll keep an eye on this thread. Thank you guys for your attention
