Darius Passive Bug

Darius's passive gives Darius a large amount of bonus ad, but this ad does not stack with his ultimate. It does increase the base damage, but has the same damage with max stacks. Is this suppose to happen, if so you found your buff to Darius to get him out of 48% win rate.
