Nautilus passive bug

Hi, there is a bug with Nautilus passive that make it not proc everytime the debuff is gone Or the new circle indicator is not consistant and doesn't last the time it should. I can't test to reproduce it right now but I'll bump this later to add what I found. I got this bug vs the wolfs camp yesterday.
