Jarvan Auto Animations Bugged

Doesn't happen every single game but every so often Jarvan's Auto Attack animations don't go off and his passive doesn't activate. It goes halfway through the animation and freezes. The Auto attack still registers but not his passive. This has been happening for a while now.
