Gameplay: mejai's soulstealer rolling over after hitting 20 stacks.

Was playing morgana in a 5v5 teambuilder. My score was something like 4/1/19, I go into a fight with 18 stacks, I end the fight with 3 stacks. I can only assume mejai's did the Y2K roll-over once it hit 20.
