"Blitz Rune Pages" keep overridding my actual rune pages

Every time I load into champ select (when I even manage to with the blank screen bug still floating around) my last rune page is always replaced with some stupid "Blitz Rune Page" that I do not want. I do not play Blitz. I do not want Riot's Preset Rune Pages.

I'm pretty sure you download the application "Blitz.gg". If you go into it's settings and disable "auto import runes", it shouldn't happen anymore. It's a pain because you can't edit the runes they input when that's active. If you do what I said, your problem should be solved.
