[CLIENT] launch/update screen off center

it isn't that the window isn't in the middle of the screen, but the image within the window is all skewed so that it's larger and the remaining portion stretches out of view down and right.

Hey there!

Can you try resetting your DPI to 100% and see if the issue persists? To do so, please follow these steps:

First, open your Control Panel. You can do this from the Start menu. When the panel opens, click on Appearance and Personalization:

Then, click on Display:

And finally, select the "Smaller - 100% (default)" option, then click Apply:

Re-launch your patcher after that and let me know if you're still having issues. :)
