Didn't receive a rating?

Waited for several minutes before taking this picture and giving up. I think it went through, because I think I remember that I wasn't quite tier 4 and now I am. That said, my memory is beyond awful and it says my highest grade this season is A+. Maybe that's what I did actually get, but that does feel a little unfair, considering I not only snowballed on my own, I snowballed top, bot, and jungle. Not sure if it's a "rating system sucks" or it's actually a larger error and I didn't get a grade at all (I suspect it's the former, but even so there was still the ui error of me not seeing it.) I did check, relog, then check again and it was all the same.
