Is it just me ... ? I can't edit my Runes under the tab for Collection

Title says it all, really. I mean sometimes the shop or loot bugs out and I'll click another page, then back, and it works again. But no matter what I do, for the last couple days, I haven't been able to see anything other than a blank page on my Runes tab. I can still see them in champ select, but I don't have enough time to make whole new pages or think about what's best.
