At that time, Tahm Kench shoots his Q at Fiora, but it hits her W and when she blocks back the damage, Tahm Kench didn't get stunned, but slowed instead.

Fiora parries all incoming damage, debuffs, and disables for the next 0.75 seconds and then stabs in the target direction.The stab deals 90/130/170/210/250 (+0) magic damage to the first enemy champion and slows their movement and attack speed by 50% for 1.5 seconds. If Fiora parries an immobilizing disable, Riposte stuns instead of slowing.
An immobilizing disable would be a stun or root, Tahm's Q is a slow unless he had full stacks which he didn't.
Tahm's Q only stuns if he is at full stacks of An Acquired Taste.
