Azir Q

Is occasionally not doing damage on-hit. You see the animation of the spear go through the target, but no damage is dealt. I just dealt with my personal lag issues, so I don't believe that's the cause of it. Seems more like a bug. I think the autos are still good, for the most part, just the Q now is sporadic.
