[gameplay] Zilean W

Occasionally, when trying to Q-W-Q quickly, rewind will malfunction, resulting in only one bomb being out while Q and W are both on cooldown.

This happens to me between 0 and 3 times in any given Zilean game, usually occurring at least once.
