Glitchy Interaction between Volibear's Rolling Thunder, Teemo's Noxious Trap, and Farsight Orb

I was a Teemo and had an allied Volibear on my team. I placed a Noxious Trap in a bush, and my opponents placed a Farsight Orb ward in the same bush later. Our allied Volibear used his Q-Rolling Thunder, to flip the Farsight Orb's ward, which detonated my Noxious Trap when the ward landed on it.
