Missing Post game chat

Somewhat inconsistently after a game league will fail to connect to the end game lobby, I'm trying to find a pattern but game well see. Usually when it does you sit waiting to go to the end game lobby with only the option to skip or wait. Sometimes after waiting you'll connect, but in a few cases it will kick you straight to the, umm we'll call it the home screen, which allows you to start up a new game. Besides preventing any post game report or honors it can also prevent you from starting a new game immediately, stating that your still in a game. After some time it usually corrects itself, but annoying never the less.
