Didn't gain any lp or ip for winning a ranked game.

In the first game it shows i got IP but in the second I didn't gain any at all. Same for LP but it doesn't show in match history. I have waited around a half hour and re logged and i still haven't gotten the IP or LP. The game was around a half hour. I got the "skip waiting for stats button" at the end and i tried waiting for it to go away but it wouldn't so i just clicked it. I have clicked it before and still gained LP and IP but this time it decided not to give me any.
