Twin Shadows ghosts are fooled by Neeko's illusion

I'm pretty sure they don't get fooled by Tibbers, Shaco's clone, Wukong's illusion, and other such things so why are the ghosts wasting their time on Neeko's illusions(the ones that are not Neeko just disappearing after a moment)?

because neekos clone is unlike any other clone due to its ability to make it look like there are 4 shacos

This is actually not a bug, but intended. The clone is a 'champion clone' same goes for shaco and his ult.
