Buying Rp Error

So, yesterday I spent $105 on rp, and was happy that I bought me the lunar mega reveal bundle, then I bought the year of the goat, and got a few other things. Now as of today, I wanted to spend only $10 on rp, and I'm getting, an error saying that too many mistakes occurred that I have to wait 24 hrs. Only thing I can think of is when I tired to buy the Lunar mega bundle, I had to do it 3 times, because it was bugging a lot. Here's an SS of my purchase history.
