Champ select bug

Im not totally sure what happened here but I was in q for game and the timer counted down to 0 and then it kicked me back to lobby. I decided you know what I'll quickly change my preferences from adc to mid and hit join game. For a split second it looked like it was going to search of a queue and then it kicked me off and said im blocked for dodging. I did not dodge there was no disruption in my internet. It seems like someone in the queue drop hacked it or riot has a flaw in their client. I dont appreciated being blocked from a game or being told i dodged when I didnt.
