[GAMEPLAY] ANOTHER Azir Bug, Attacking Inhibitors

I understand that sand soldiers do not attack towers or inhibs, but when you play a solider near an inhib and the range of the solider reaches the inhibitor, azir will do his auto attack animation, but neither the solider nor his basic attack will do anything to the inhib.

To replicate:

1. place solider in range of an inhibitor
2. try to attack the inhibitor while your solider is up
3. observe that no damage is being applied

Now I don't know how often this occurs, but it just happened to me during a game.

Other Details: I was playing Azir in the top lane, attacking the top lane inhibitor I was using Galaxy Azir
