New friend organize options

We used to have access to full features for friends who were online or offline, the same. (Invite to clubs, hover for profile, etc...) This is no longer the case and it's very inconvenient.

My friend list is maxxed out, and has been for years. (nudge, nudge) I have to delete, with tears in my eyes, accounts of friends that have not been active in some months. However, with the new changes, these judgements are more difficult to discern...
