What are you doing to prevent bot allies?

I had a whole game where my team was bots... ummm... I only played bots because I lost every other game today (other games, not this one) and... yea.... I mean it was sort of a win because of the kills and taking inhib, but still... this is a big issue that needs fixing, probably more important than any champ update or the likes... please.
