If you go to the maps scroll-down in match history, it has Summoner's Rift on the menu three times, with the top one being the only one that works

Are you utilizing Microsoft Edge in Windows 10 version 1511? If yes, Edge and Match History do not function with 1511, utilize Internet Explorer instead.

No, and match history works, it's just that there are extra Summoner's Rifts in the maps scroll-down menu that lead to nothing
