As of the last couple of Windows updates, I can't stream LoL or instantly tab in and out

PC specs are definitely not the issue and I've done a clean install of Windows and GPU drivers since I first noticed the problem. I don't have this issue with any other Full Screen games.

Yeah it's getting tiring layered on top of the stuttering this patch added.
