Can't click in game at all!!!

I load into game normally, then when i click nothing happens. I also have my normal mouse cursor and not the League one. I restart the game, nothing happens. So then I'm forced to restart my pc and its made some league games get remade. Which really pisses me off. It seems to only happen if I alt tab mostly. But I get bored sitting waiting for people's potatoes to load in.
