/all on new HUD? (Mac)

I'm on a Mac and seeing as the send buttons have been removed from the new HUD (something I would like to see reverted) I am forced to either type /all or use the hotkey to send a message to all players. I'm on a mac and it doesn't seem like shift+enter sends the message to all, and typing /all at the start of each message is annoying. Do I have the wrong hotkey combination? Anyone on Mac who can help me out?
