Warmogs passive not disabled by Soraka W
As the title says, once you get enough health for warmogs on soraka you can constantly spam out heals and gain the health back instantly. Maybe its supposed to be like this but it seems kind of strong

it is because you are technicly not incombat, as it is the cost of the spell, if you built it on vlad or mord you will not trigger warmogs unless you become in combat
Not easy for her to get enough health until LATE game. But it should work as she is not taking damage.
