In champ Select for Aram

I was in champion select for aram and this happens. I can't trade for some reason, it's happened multiple times to me now.

It happened to me a few times. Do you have a small delay when getting into champ select? Like, does it take a few seconds for you to actually see who your champ is? That happens to me, but I'm unable to trade ONLY when someone else requested to trade with me before I loaded in. It may be a bug.
It happens to me to i suffer from not loading in at the same time as everyone else i get a delay and if some one trades with me before i load in i have to tell them cancel the trade then request the trade my self
