Hextech Crafting Re-Roll
After re-rolling a skin (while searching for a match) I found a match, and lost the skin.

If it gave you a skin for a champ you already own it will automatically add it for use. So just look through your skins to see if a champ has one you never had before and if you don't find it then you really did lose it.
